01 · Who we are
Sīrū BV is registered in the Netherlands (KvK 00000000). When we say “we” or “us” in this document, we mean Sīrū BV. When we say “you”, we mean the person or legal entity buying a data plan from us.
02 · What we sell
We sell prepaid data plans delivered as eSIMs for mobile devices. Each plan is tied to a destination (country or region), a data amount, and a validity period. When you buy a plan you get a QR code and an installation link by email.
Your plan starts counting down from the moment your phone first connects to one of the carriers we partner with in the destination. Until then, the plan is considered installed but not activated.
03 · What you agree to
- Not to use the service in ways that violate the law where you are physically located or where Sīrū is registered.
- Not to resell access without a commercial agreement with us.
- Fair-use caps apply to “unlimited” plans. Caps are visible at the point of sale; we won’t change them mid-plan.
04 · Refunds
We offer a full refund within 30 days of purchase if the plan fails to activate for reasons within our control. We offer a partial refund if more than half of the plan’s data allowance or validity period remains and a technical issue prevents use.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 working days. We don’t offer “store credit” unless you ask for it.

05 · Privacy
The shortest summary we can offer: we collect the minimum needed to deliver your plan and run the business, we don’t sell your data, and you can export or delete everything we have about you. Full details in the Privacy policy — one click away.
