Can I reuse my eSIM on a different trip?

eSIM plans are tied to a specific destination and duration. For a new trip, simply purchase a new plan and scan the new QR code. The old eSIM can be removed from your device.

What if my eSIM doesn’t activate?

First, make sure you’re connected to Wi-Fi during setup. If activation fails, try restarting your device. You can also enter the activation code manually instead of scanning the QR code. Contact our support team if the issue persists.

Do I need to unlock my phone?

Your phone must be carrier-unlocked to use an eSIM from Sīrū. If you purchased your phone outright, it’s likely already unlocked. Contact your carrier if you’re unsure.
