What does unlimited mean, and can speeds be reduced?
Unlimited does not necessarily mean unlimited full-speed data. The selected package lists: 384 Kbps. Ask support to confirm any reset rule that is not stated.
When does validity start, and can I install before travelling?
Installing an eSIM, turning on its line and connecting to a network are different steps. Before installing, check the activation instructions for your chosen package or ask support to confirm when its validity begins and any installation deadline. A Connecting or Activating message by itself does not tell you when the paid use period starts.
How do I receive it, and can I install using just one phone?
Your eSIM and setup instructions are delivered digitally after successful payment; no physical SIM is posted. Check your order email and My eSIMs. Follow the installation method provided: a supported install link or same-phone QR action can avoid a second screen, while a QR-image link is not itself a universal install link. If email is missing, check spam or junk and contact support.
Can I keep my normal number and WhatsApp?
On a compatible dual-SIM phone, you can keep your usual line active while using the travel eSIM for mobile data. WhatsApp can continue using your existing registered number over the new internet connection; if it asks you to verify that number again, you still need access to the verification method. Your home provider may charge for calls, texts or other roaming services.
Can I share the data with my laptop or another person?
Hotspot sharing is included in this selected package. Connected devices use the same allowance, so sharing with a laptop can use data faster.
What happens when data runs out, and can I top up?
This selected package does not support top-ups. If you need more data, check the available destination packages or ask support about the next option.
Can I get a refund if my plans change or the eSIM does not work?
Our policy provides a full refund within 180 days of digital delivery for unused eSIM plans that have never been activated. Activation failures and technical issues have separate conditions. Set up your eSIM on iPhone
Four simple steps, from installation to your first connection. Select an image to see the details.
1. Install your eSIM.
Scan your QR code or open the install link, then follow the iPhone prompts using stable Wi-Fi or a hotspot. Your eSIM may display a different carrier name.
2. If asked: choose active lines.
On a compatible iPhone, choose your primary line and travel eSIM. If the travel line is still connecting before arrival, check it again after landing within plan coverage.
3. Choose travel data after landing.
In Settings, open Mobile Service, then Mobile Data. Select your travel eSIM and keep automatic mobile data switching off.
4. Enable travel eSIM roaming.
Under Settings and Mobile Service, open your travel eSIM and turn Data Roaming on for that line. Leave roaming off for your home line.
