Ship what we use
Every team member carries a Sīrū eSIM. If something is painful for us to use, it’s a bug we fix before anyone else has to complain about it.
Write like a human
Copy, tickets, docs, commit messages — plain English, no boilerplate. If a sentence could appear in ten other companies’ handbooks, we rewrite it.
Respect the user
No dark patterns, no hidden fees, no opt-outs buried under account settings. The user paid for the product; we don’t make them fight us for it.
Small teams, full ownership
You own a problem end-to-end — decision, code, rollout, follow-up. If you need a VP to approve a deploy, we’re the wrong shop.
