Privacy policy

Last updated 2026-10-07· Questions: [email protected]

What we collect, why we collect it, and what we promise never to do with it. GDPR-compliant, CCPA-compliant, and written in plain English because you shouldn’t need a law degree to read our privacy policy.

01 · Data we collect

Account data.Email address, optional name, language and currency preferences, password hash. We never collect a physical address because we don’t ship anything physical.

Usage data.Which plans you’ve bought, when you activated them, coarse aggregate data consumption (not traffic content). Customer-support tickets. Session information (IP, user-agent) kept for 30 days for abuse prevention.

02 · Why we collect it

  • Deliver your plan (legal basis: contract).
  • Authenticate you and prevent fraud (legal basis: legitimate interest).
  • Send you product updates you opted into (legal basis: consent).
  • Comply with tax and accounting law (legal basis: legal obligation).

03 · What we never do

  • Sell your data. Not to brokers, not to partners, not as “anonymous”.
  • Read the traffic your data plan carries.
  • Use dark patterns to make data-export or deletion harder.

04 · Advertising measurement

With your marketing consent, we use Microsoft Advertising Universal Event Tracking (UET) to measure visits and purchases associated with our advertising. Microsoft may collect browser and device information, IP address, page URLs and advertising identifiers. Our purchase event includes an order reference, purchase amount and currency. We do not include your email address, payment-card details or eSIM activation credentials in this purchase event.

Microsoft uses this information for its advertising and measurement services as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement. You can change your marketing choice using Manage cookies. Buying an eSIM does not require marketing consent. See our Cookie policy for Google and Microsoft measurement tools and consent controls.

05 · Your rights

You can export everything we have about you as JSON and PDF from your profile page. You can delete your account the same way. There is a 30-day grace period; deletion is fully reversible during that window and permanent afterward.

Questions: [email protected]. Complaints: your national data-protection authority.

06 · Optional Google Customer Reviews

When a Google Customer Reviews invitation is offered after checkout, loading the Google opt-in module shares your order reference, order confirmation email address, digital recipient country and estimated delivery date with Google, before you choose Yes or No in its dialog. For electronic delivery, the recipient country is the billing or residence country recorded with your payment; it is not your eSIM destination.

Google sends a review survey only if you opt in. Your choice does not affect your eSIM, support or refund rights. Google may use cookies or similar technologies with this module. See the Google Privacy Policy and our Cookie policy for information about these technologies and browser cookie controls. No payment-card details, eSIM activation credentials or product identifiers are included in the review invitation payload.
